Description
Designed for high pressure applications, this forged steel fitting is in the 6000 lbs pressure class.
The material meets ASTM A182 / ASME SA182 and ASME B16.11 standards which contains pressure-temperature ratings, dimensions, tolerances, markings and material requirements.
This material grade is 316/316L stainless steel and will provide you with a better corrosion resistant product than 304/304L stainless steel.
The ends are manufactured with a socket weld connection so there is no need for beveling the pipe for preparation of weld.
